Incombustibility Adiabatic Board
RockCell Board
(RCB)

Energy saving activities is propelled vigorously in order to protect the global environment.

To save energy and resource is also important issue in construction field. There are great hopes to adiabatic efficacy. RCB (RockCell Board) bring high adiabatic efficiency to fruition by own performance quality and the construction method.

What is RCB?
RCB (RockCell Board) is a forming board which is Calcium Carbonate in major proportions, and it is proprietary products by FUJI KASEI KOGYO KAISHA, LTD. (patented here and abroad)

CLOSED-SELL which forms for RCB gives excellent incombustibility and adiathermancy. Moreover it is also important to remember that RCB does not have any harmful substances which have an effect on public health and global environment.

Adiathermancy
RCB is as low-density form which has closed-cell. The cells connote air, and depress thermal conductivity. This characteristic drives excellent adiabatic efficiency.

Durability
RCB is hardly deteriorated and high durability, and keep the quality on condition of harsh weather. Japanese minister of land, infrastructure and transportation approved.

Incombustibility
RCB is hard to burn because the primary component is Calcium carbonate as inorganic substance. Even if set fire to RCB, it just carbonize and hard to burn.

Efficiency to undertake construction, highly workability.
RCB is really lightness in weight on account of form. Moreover it has highly workability to possible to cut by knife, saw and so on. Under the condition of 70 degree, you can process RCB to clinch, curved, circle, not flat shapes and so on.

Adhesive property.
RCB is match and easily adhere with concrete, mortar, plaster, etc….

Intended use.
- As an outside/inside insulation for buildings.
- As a composition panel with other materials( ex. Metal, PC, GRC, etc…)
- As a core material for sandwich structures.
- As a heat insulation for freezer and refrigerator.
- As a heat insulation for tanks of LPG, LNG and Crude oil.

Outside insulation use.
Direct finishing to building frame. No need to prepare priming coat !

Just apply adhesives, you can ray tiles directly to RCB. RCB become in the place of base materials and priming coat, it gives excellent adhesion strength. And you can also work out cement plastering without any priming coat. It can save labor and cost. Moreover RCB can be used for curve surface, it makes increase the freedom of design since
